The last few days in Abruzzo were very inspiring and really changed my mind about Italy. I’ll get back to you soon in a few days on this matter.

Now I’m back in Bucharest and trying to optimize the cash flow and increase the income from our online projects. It took me one year to get to know the people in the online advertising, to learn how the business is done in Romania and what are the plans for the future.

The Polish market can be an example for Romania and probably in 2010 the big spenders will have 20-25 mil online. My guess is that 80% of the money will be spent on 20% of the websites so the main goal as a publisher is to be on the short list.

  1. You need to work a bit on the quality of traffic or the quality of content. After you said that you have a slight traffic drop, I took a quick peak to your traffic stats. I saw that on most of the sites, 80% or even more of your traffic are staying between 0-10 seconds on a site! That’s very short time and means most of the visitors reached the page without seeking it. That’s not good for advertisement :-s

We don’t use trafic.ro anymore as the primary monitoring tool – we use it just for the ranking until the BRAT server will be online.

The figures you saw have nothing to do with the real life, and I’m more than sure that you’ll have to re-evaluate the content quality again since there are over 50.000 articles and web pages. Enjoy reading! 🙂
