I was surfing the guests invited to attend the World Blogging Forum in Bucharest and I’ve noticed that Dvorit Shargal, famous for her israeli blog called Velvet Underground, has the blog hosted on a public platform powered by Orange Israel:

The blog is integrated in a bigger project called Orange Time http://www.orange.co.il/time/ – I don’t understand Hebrew but thanks to Google Translate I could notice they have team blogs, pay-per-view movies and games. Quite a portal they manage to build in Israel and I could also see they have banner advertising running on the network (leaderboard and box positions).
As we speak, in Romania, only Vodafone.ro displays banner advertising on their portal – they limited their space and they allow only one banner per page.
