Beginning with 1st of May 2008, I’m the New Media Manager at INTACT Media Group.
Beginning with 1st of October 2008, I’m the General Manager at INTACT Interactive (interactive sales agency in Romania, top player).
A. Me, the short story:
- Managing director at CTM (interactive/advertising/consulting)
- Vice president at IAA YP (advertising/ngo)
- PR manager at CRSC (ngo/democracy/students)
B. Not so long story:
First of all, this personal blog is about the Internet business in Romania, the Romanian Internet advertising market/who’s who in Romania and about local Internet investments & sales. I’m looking forward to meet people interested in investing in Internet and here is a short list about me:
- I’m Romanian (predictable 
);
- I’ve studied foreign languages in high school/college (English/French/Slovak); licensed in foreign languages;
- MA in sociology, marketing and advertising;
- now I’m into branding, advertising, marketing and PR;
- I’m online since 1999;
- When I’m not on the Internet I like to read books discover new restaurants & new wines and meeting people.
Me, the volunteer (since 1994):
- I do volunteer work for several European NGOs
- founder and ex-president of ASLS Romania (elected honorific President in 2006 – luv you guys! )
- founder and spokesperson for CRSC – a resource center for the civil society
- working with/for GGR, CRMBA, RAAS, OSE, ASPSE, AEGEE, ATU, ANOSR, INTERMEDIU, USR or EURO<26.
- trainer for several NGOs, NLP fan;
- one of the founders of International Advertising Association’s Young Professional Chapter Romania;
- JCI’s Young Outstanding person in Romania in 2007
I’m one of the founders of GIPIR as I believe in Romania and our values.
Me, the entrepreneur (since 2000):
- I manage one of the most visited website targeted on young people;
- I’m the brain behind several BTL events, viral and and social campaigns in Romania;
- I manage (for fun) Core Target Media – a small interactive agency in Bucharest;
- I manage the PR strategy for JOBfest and TCB;
- I manage some online magazines (like vinul.ro);
- some people know me as a journalist (I write about the new media or about NGO issues);
- I also work for Career Management, Competitive Media and Perform HR (yes, I’m busy all the time).
